LEADING INDICATOR MODULE

AIC’s Leading Indicator Module is a powerful analytical tool used to define a list of both leading and lagging indicators.  These customized scorecards are used for ensuring compliance with specific metrics that are important and defined by the organization.  Scorecards can be created for a location, group of locations, or at the individual level.  Frequency of goal evaluation can be set on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis.
