AIC Enhancement: Login Page Redesign – COMING SOON!

Applications International Corporation is pleased to announce that our new login page redesign is coming soon! Including a modern look & feel, customizable welcome text, news slider, and more.

1. New Form & Interface
   • The Login Page has been upgraded to our new look & feel in which you can customize text as well as change the background color. This is all customized by the System Administrators directly through the user interface!
     • Customize the color theme^NEW of the login page across all users!
     • Message Text^NEW within the bottom of the login page is available for Admins to modify at any given time for news and events coming up that you would like to share with your user base.
     • News slider! This will be a form action to show/hide by Profile Level. View this section to see the lastest coming soon and now available enhancements to the application.
2. Logos
   • Your Company Logo will display on the left where the AIC Logo currently resides in the preview.
3. Single Sign On
   • Fully compatible with SSO.
4. Languages
   • International languages will be available to select on the login screen prior to login.
5. Password Requirements^NEW
   • All Passwords will be case sensitive.
   • New Passwords can be set to specific criteria by system administrators:

Note: This is only for new/changed passwords. Administrators can override requirements if needed within the Administration Module > Users Module Item.

1. • Be at least [client defined] characters long
   • Have no more than [client defined] of the same characters in a row
   • Have at least [client defined] of the following:
     1. Lowercase Alphabetical
     2. Uppercase Alphabetical
     3. Numeric
     4. Basic Special Characters
     5. Other Special Characters
   • Have at least [client defined] characters that are not:
     1. Lowercase Alphabetical
     2. Uppercase Alphabetical
   • Not be the same as your previous passwor
2. Forgot Password
   • A Code^NEW will now be sent to you via email when selected ‘retrieve password’. Once you have been given the code, you will enter your code within the reset code feature which will then allow you to change your password to login using the requirements mentioned above.
3. Training E-Learner Password
   • The E-Learner Username/Password will now be masked within the E-Learner Instructions PDF Form. You will receive a Code^NEW that can be entered upon login to change your Password to be unique.
