In response to feedback provided by our clients in Surveys, Training Sessions, and User Groups – AIC has released new functionality to allow for complete control of adding custom rate formulas. The Custom Formulas Module item has been created and is available within the Dashboard (KPI) Module.
This new ability allows for the addition of client defined rates that can applied within visual KPI Dashboard Indicators. The custom formula can be created based on any existing field within the Dashboard indicators and are built using an easy to use – Drag and Drop feature.
