Enterprise Compliance Management
Enterprise Compliance Management (ECM) supports and documents enterprise
compliance to the rules and regulations of wherever an organization does
business. This is accomplished through scalable internet/intranet technology.
Corporate data is maintained in one secure database/data-mart and privileged
views and access to the data is based upon the users’ roles within
the enterprise. The security and privacy of the data has been addressed from
the design phase of the development to comply with HIPAA, European Union
regulations and strict corporate standards.
Employers in the United States use our ECM system to comply with regulations
from the D.O.T., from OSHA, from the EPA and from various state and local
regulations such as Worker Compensation. Enterprises can also have internal
compliance directives, such as employee training or the measurement of performance
metrics that the system also supports. Using the ECM system, global employers
document compliance in the countries where they have operations; for example,
our ECM system generates the RIDDOR Reports in the United Kingdom.
The system enforces the customer’s defined business process through
an automated alerts and messaging system. Based upon predefined criteria
of time, event or thresholds, the system can automatically generate and route
email to vested parties, either within or outside of the enterprise.
