Training Requirements

Overview

With the AIC Learning Management System build out your Course Catalog, set retrain lengths and requirements based on: Location, Job Title, Department, and/or State. If a change has been made to an employee’s training requirements, the employee is immediately notified of the changes via email. Updated requirements can also be sent to site managers, supervisors, etc.

Advantages

Streamline - Setting requirements at the course level allows the application to automatically update an employee’s training requirements when a change has been made to that employee’s location, job title, department, and/or state.

Instant Notification - Updated training requirements are automatically sent to the affected employee and/or their supervisor/manager.

Unlimited - Set requirements for as many courses from our course library to as many employees as needed. There is not a “per seat” charge.

Flexible - Use the tool to set requirements for instructor led classroom courses and online courses. Requirements can be set at the course level, location level, or individual employee level.
