Overview

The AIC RTW (Return To Work) Management solution promotes rapid return to work by providing a mechanism for facility, division, or corporate personnel to view Out Of Work claims at the location level and send email communication directly to the Examiner once the employee has returned to work. Centralize responsibilities to a select few or allow the locations to manage their own claims. E-mail notifications allow the Examiner to update the claim status and notes directly from the e-mail without having direct access to the application.
