Overview

The Project Management Module allows for the development of a project plan, identifying project goals and objectives, identifying tasks and delegating tasks to responsible parties. Quantify the resources needed, and then determine budgets and timelines for completion. The Module allows the PM to manage the implementation of the project plan and track through completion. An unlimited number of tasks can be assigned to both internal recipients and external third parties.
