Overview

The Document Library Module, part of the One Global Platform™, provides centralized document storage for both Corporate and Location Specific documentation.

Categorized Documentation - All documents uploaded to the application are categorized based on System Administrator’s defined categories. Examples include; Health & Safety, Security, Quality, Environmental, Finance, etc.

Corporate Document Library - Use the platform to store and deploy important documentation to all facilities, corporate wide. System security provides full control over who can add, edit, delete, and view corporate documents.

Location Document Library - Locations have a centralized place on the platform for storing all of their location specific documents. Once a Location Document has been uploaded to the application, only users with access to the location can view what has been added.

The “Document View Log” provides an audit trail of who has viewed what and when.
