Overview

The One Global Platform™ sits on a foundation of automated e-mail alerts and messaging to enforce task management and corrective action tracking across the enterprise. Alerts are user configurable through a point and click interface. Alerts are sent based upon: Time, Event or Threshold. At anytime in real time reports and dashboards can notify what corrective actions are open, closed, overdue, at any location or by any employee.

Alerts can be sent as summary style, end of day, or immediate based upon the needs of the organization.
