Overview

Industrial Hygiene Sampling has become a key element of a comprehensive environmental, health & safety program. The AIC Industrial Hygiene Module integrates with the AIC One Global Platform™ allowing you to maintain sampling records for all personal Industrial Hygiene sampling performed across the Organization.

Replace the manual process with a web-based solution for maintaining sample results, Analytes, organization and third part exposure limits, PPE and Similar Exposure groups based on Job Title or Department. Generate corrective actions, attach supporting documentation and build custom reports all form a point and click, user friendly interface.

Advantages

Sampling Sources - Sampling methodologies based on the techniques such as air monitoring pumps, passive dosimeters, noise dosimeters, heat stress monitors, radiofrequency probes, etc.

Sample Management – Track sample details, identify SEG (Similar Exposure Groups), link common samples together from a data standpoint.

Copy Results – Quickly replicate sample results with the “Copy” feature. Save time by copying results from a previous sample and modify the results, dates, and times.

Analyte List – Set your own Analyte list, set exposure limits for STEL, TWA and Ceiling for the each agency or internal group.

Sample Results - Capture: 15 minute STEL/ 8 hr TWA / Ceiling, personal/work area, total sampling time, & verify sample result versus exposure limits based on country, company organization levels, or third party limits.

PPE –Identify all PPE worn during sampling in an easy to search list where PPE is classified by type of protection: Hand, Foot, Body, Face, Hearing, even add your own classification.

SEG –Identify and track a similar exposure group to the sampled employee, searching by similar work location, job title or department.

Exposure Limits – Set exposure limits and flag results exceeding limits for future sampling and follow up needs.
