Overview

The Evaluation Module allows for the building and electronic deployment of Audits, Evaluations, Inspections, and Checklists across the entire Organization. Scoring is user definable, allowing for but not limited to: Yes/No, Yes/No/Partial, High/Medium/Low, 1 through 5, Etc.

Attach a weight to each individual question and allow the application to calculate the compliance percentage per question/element/assessment/facility and then roll the data up, comparing all locations within the organization.

Additional Functionality includes the ability to Hyperlink to Directives, Guidelines, etc. at the audit level and/or at the question level. Built-in messaging component which provides a quick and easy way for facility level personnel to communicate with Management or Auditors in regards to the assessment.

Advantages

Third Party Auditors - Provide limited system access for Third Party Auditors to perform the audit within the application, allowing you to own the data.

Scalability - Audits can be cross disciplined (Quality, EHS Audits, Security Audits, SOX, etc.) where only the “owners” and their team members have access to their audits and the associated data. There is no limit to how many audits the application can support, nor is there a size limit.

Flexibility - The tool allows for simple 20 question checklists and can support comprehensive 1500+ question audits and anywhere in between.

Self-Assessments - Set-up an audit to allow the facility to go through and answer questions to the best of their ability, after which an auditor or team of auditors can verify the facility answers.

Hand Held Devices - Most hand held devices allow the auditor to answer questions directly from the device.
