The AIC PIE (Process Intelligence Engine) automates claim allocations based on corporate defined criteria. Allocate claim charges based on: State, Claim Type (Indemnity, Medical Only, Incident Only, Etc), Severity (Body Part, Nature of Injury), Likelihood of Occurrence and more.
Allocated charges can be a one time occurrence, or ongoing based on: month, fiscal period or client defined time frame.

Return to Work Management - In addition, this module provides a mechanism for facility, division, or corporate personnel to view Out of Work claims at the location level and send email communication directly to the examiner once the employee has returned to work.
